Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and produce, please keep in mind our production time increases during sales and holidays. Botanical Tortoise Co. is a small business, all of our products are hand crafted in house.


Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped via first class USPS by default, which varies between 3-5 business days.


Botanical Tortoise Co. is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact replace your order.


We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.


You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
